Ackley Florida Property Management understands the importance of renting to quality tenants. In addition, our property managers know what qualities to look for in a prospective tenant.
We employ a thorough and comprehensive tenant screening process to ensure your mind is always at ease.
The following are some of the things we look for in a tenant’s application form:
- The tenant’s income level: We aim to rent to tenants that earn 3X the rent amount. So, if you charge your tenants $2000, then we’ll only rent to tenants who earn at least $6,000 in monthly income.
- The tenant’s credit rating: We only rent to tenants who have a decent credit rating as they tend to be more financially responsible.
Additionally, we also check a prospective tenant’s criminal, rental and employment background.

2. Rental Marketing
Finding good tenants is anything but easy. It is a difficult task and requires experience and certain skills.
